Head of Maintenance Injection Molding

In this exciting role, you are jointly responsible for leading the mechanic team (16 employees), maintenance, as well as setting up and adjusting our modern injection molding machines.

• Leadership, planning, organization, and coordination of the setup and mechanic team 
• Responsibility for the professional training, promotion, onboarding, and integration of the subordinate employees 
• Participation in the timely setup and adjustment of operating resources and their peripheral devices
• Main responsibility for the repair and maintenance of operating resources and peripheral devices according to the maintenance plan or specifications
• Responsibility for evaluating and implementing performance-enhancing measures and innovations within the area of responsibility and tasks

• Completed basic training (mechanic, plastics technologist, polymechanic or similar) with proven professional experience
• Experience in setting up and maintaining production equipment, preferably injection molding machines
• Leadership experience in a production company 
• Enjoyment of technical challenges
• Organizational and communication talent
• Good PC user skills (MS Office)
