For an internship from October 2025 to June 2026, we are looking for

Intern Learning & Development 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

in the Human Resources department at the headquarters in Lucerne

Your tasks

• Preparation and implementation of the monthly onboarding events for Retail and HQ
• Coordination of the different stakeholders (stores, presenters, Aurum, house service, hotels, restaurants, etc.)
• Management of courses and campaigns on the e-learning platform
• Collaboration in the further development of the e-learning offerings
• Communication around online learning
• Collaboration in the area of in-house training & current L&D projects

Your competencies

• Bachelor's degree (completed or nearing completion) in the field of work and organizational psychology or similar
• Experience in administration
• MS Office skills
• Winning personality, enjoyment in hosting, reliability, high attention to detail, digital affinity
• Fluent in German and English (French and Italian are an advantage)
• Experience in the hospitality, luxury sector, and/or retail is an advantage
• Experience in event management is an advantage
