For an internship from October 2025 to June 2026, we are looking for
Intern Learning & Development 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
in the Human Resources department at the headquarters in Lucerne
Your tasks
- Preparation and implementation of the monthly onboarding events for Retail and HQ
- Coordination of the different stakeholders (stores, presenters, Aurum, house service, hotels, restaurants, etc.)
- Management of courses and campaigns on the e-learning platform
- Collaboration in the further development of the e-learning offerings
- Communication around online learning
- Collaboration in the area of in-house training & current L&D projects
Your competencies
- Bachelor's degree (completed or nearing completion) in the field of work and organizational psychology or similar
- Experience in administration
- MS Office skills
- Winning personality, enjoyment in hosting, reliability, high attention to detail, digital affinity
- Fluent in German and English (French and Italian are an advantage)
- Experience in the hospitality, luxury sector, and/or retail is an advantage
- Experience in event management is an advantage
