About the job
Your Tasks
- You develop practical laboratory experiments on current topics in computer science and digital technologies and continuously refine them.
- You operate, automate, and optimise the laboratory infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps approaches.
- You supervise, coach, and support students professionally during their laboratory and project work.
- You gather requirements for practice-oriented teaching and learning content, analyse them, and prepare them appropriately for the target audience.
- You actively contribute current technological trends, tools, and methods, thereby supporting the continuous modernisation of the laboratory environment.
- You actively shape an innovative and scalable laboratory and training landscape within a modern IT organisation.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in computer science (HF/FH/ETH/Uni), are currently pursuing a relevant degree, or have completed an apprenticeship in computer science with relevant professional experience.
- You are enthusiastic about modern IT topics and possess solid knowledge in security, IT infrastructure, networking, or system engineering.
- Ideally, you have practical experience with technologies and platforms such as Linux, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Docker, or OpenStack.
- You enjoy accompanying, coaching, and supporting students and staff in their development.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills in a technical environment.
