About the job
The Eben-Hézer Foundation (FEH) supports people with intellectual disabilities, as well as elderly people and those losing autonomy. Founded in 1899 by Sister Julie Hofmann, this private institution now includes several establishments:
· Eben-Hézer Lausanne (Lausanne) and the Cité du Genévrier (Saint-Légier) welcome more than 500 young adults and adults with intellectual disabilities.
· The medico-social establishments of the Grand Age Pole (Vaud Riviera) welcome more than 300 elderly people and those losing autonomy, for long and short stays, as well as temporary care and home support.

Communication and Fundraising Manager, 80%
Your Missions
· Define and implement modern, coherent, and accessible communication in direct connection with the Foundation's management team.
· Contribute to strengthening the institutional image, visibility, and digital identity of the Foundation.
· Collaborate with colleagues responsible for communication in the institutions and contribute to coordinating internal and external communication actions.
· Develop and deploy the Foundation's fundraising efforts, in line with its priorities and needs.
You are
· a creative, inventive, and pragmatic personality. Solution-oriented, you know how to adapt to limited resources. Attentive to collaboration and able to unite your work partners, you enjoy "co-creating" and therefore favor cooperative approaches.
· able to communicate with diverse audiences, you are comfortable with both formal writing and digital communication and social networks. Flexible, rigorous, autonomous, you have proven skills in organization and project management.
· motivated by fundraising challenges, you know how to identify support opportunities, maintain relationships with partners and donors, and contribute to the quality of funding approaches.
· not only interested but also convinced by the institution's mission towards beneficiaries, you have a strong interest in the field of disability, medico-social work, and associative action.
· Finally, you demonstrate flexibility, are willing to complete your expertise through targeted training, and are ready to work in our offices in Lausanne and on the Riviera.
This position is aimed at a person with higher education in communication, public relations, or marketing and ideally in fundraising. Confirmed experience in institutional, digital communication and fundraising completes the expected background. Excellent mastery of digital, graphic tools and social networks, excellent writing, storytelling, and simplification skills, as well as a driving license, are essential. Knowledge of the socio-health field and resourcefulness are undeniable assets.
