Driver of Street Sweeper Street Inspectorate 100%

Your main tasks

• Cleaning of public roads, footpaths and cycle paths as well as squares as the main driver with the 2m3 class street sweeper and as a substitute driver of the 5m3 class street sweeper
• Cleaning and daily maintenance of the street sweeper
• Assistance with the operational and structural maintenance of public roads, footpaths and cycle paths
• Assistance with the maintenance, care and upkeep of various facilities in public spaces, e.g. barbecue areas, bus shelters, public waste containers, benches, etc.
• Participation in market events, e.g. setting up and clearing market stalls, flagging at festivals, etc.
• Participation in winter service including on-call and standby duty
• Assistance with cleaning work in public spaces for a clean city and lakeside area, including on weekends, Sundays and public holidays

You bring with you

• Completed mechanical training with a Federal VET Diploma or e.g. as a specialist in operational maintenance Federal VET Diploma (works service), road builder Federal VET Diploma, landscape gardener Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent construction craft training
• Driving licence category B, ideally BE or willingness to obtain it
• Technical understanding in dealing with vehicles, machines and equipment
• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible working style
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, Sundays and public holidays
• Residence in the immediate vicinity, ideally you can reach us within approx. 30 minutes
