About the job

• Support of study teams in organising local study activities and timely recruitment of study participants
• Organisation and conduct of monitoring visits (On-Site Monitoring) focusing on trial centres in European foreign countries, but also domestically
• Further development of alternative concepts in the area of monitoring for academic clinical studies (Risk-Adapted Monitoring, Centralized Monitoring)
• Function as a link between trial centres, sponsor and other involved staff of the Department of Clinical Research

• Completed professional training in healthcare or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in monitoring and coordination of multicentre studies
• Good knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for conducting clinical research projects in Switzerland and Europe is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within European foreign countries
• Ability for conceptual and analytical thinking as well as implementation of cross-topic concepts
• Independent working style, communication skills and very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
