Specialist Consultant OP Management in Field Service (100%, Bern/Basel/Aargau)
You feel at home in the operating theatre environment and want to use your expertise in a consulting role in the future? As a Specialist Consultant OP Management, you will look after our customers in the Bern, Basel and Aargau regions and support them with professional questions relating to OP management. You train users, accompany product launches and evaluations, and assist hospitals in further developing and economically optimising their OP processes. In doing so, you work closely with our sales colleagues, identify potential with existing and new customers, and actively contribute to the further development of our business. A special focus is on building and maintaining relationships with doctors and other decision-makers in the OP environment. With your clinical experience, consulting skills and sensitivity to customer needs, you create sustainable added value for our customers and HARTMANN.
Competencies:
- Completed training in the OP field, for example as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF or a nursing specialist with OP experience
- Several years of practical professional experience in the operating area as well as good knowledge of the Swiss hospital landscape
- Enjoy working with customers as well as interest in business management issues and process optimisations
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high willingness to travel within the sales area
- Communicative, engaging personality with team spirit, initiative and organisational skills
