DATA & SOLUTIONS MANAGER

Ensure the storage and management of our system data

Study, propose and ensure the evolution and/or integration of software with the aim of satisfying internal clients according to a specification to be fulfilled

Propose and develop inter-system data communication with the aim of satisfying internal clients according to a specification to be fulfilled

Collaborate with internal clients to provide adapted solutions

Be our PBI referent: new developments, improvement of existing systems and preparation of technical documentation

IT VERSATILITY

Provide recurring user support

Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents

Participate in technical infrastructure projects

Prepare technical documentation

The following activities would be a plus:

Configure and install workstations, mobile devices, peripherals and IT applications

Computer engineer or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in the IT field

Perfect mastery of PBI and Microsoft 365 solutions

Good multidisciplinary technical skills in the field of IT systems (Windows server and client management, Microsoft Active Directory)

Dynamic, rigorous, organised person, proactive and comfortable working in a team
