For our interdisciplinary emergency department at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for a
diploma expert in emergency care or diploma nursing specialist 60–100% immediately or by agreement.
Your tasks - responsible and diverse
- You competently, empathetically, and professionally care for our patients and their relatives in acute situations.
- You take over triage and holistic care in the emergency department.
- Together with the medical team, you shape the initial care of our acute patients.
- You coordinate further treatment in the interdisciplinary team.
- You work in a 24/7 shift operation – flexibility is a matter of course for you.
You bring:
- You have a diploma in nursing HF/FH (or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized in Switzerland).
- You have the NDS in emergency care or are willing to complete it.
- You must have experience in acute or emergency care.
- The well-being of the patients is your top priority – you treat people with respect and empathy.
- You enjoy working in a team, are resilient, and responsible.
