- Administrative support of the project team for the introduction of a clinical information system
- Creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and minutes
- Scheduling for all project meetings
- Documentation of decisions and change requests
- Maintenance of the project repository
- Support of controlling (budget, time, resources, risks)
- Maintenance of risk documentation
- Organization of training sessions and workshops
- Follow-up of measures and escalations
