Spitex Region Interlaken AG and its 110 motivated employees provide services for help and care at home to 15 municipalities around Interlaken.
We are looking for a motivated and committed individual for the position of
Head of Finance/Administration, 60 - 80%, starting April 1, 2026 or by agreement.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the entire accounting (financial and liquidity planning, cost center accounting, budget management, reporting, annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER)
- Ensuring bookkeeping and personnel insurance management
- Participating in agreements with authorities and partner organizations including reporting
- Business sparring partner for management, executive board, and board of directors – including support in preparation/follow-up of meetings
- Leading the administration and meal service teams as well as active participation in administration
- Continuous development of the finance and administration departments including optimization of internal processes
- Participation in the finance subproject management within the planned merger of four Spitex organizations
Your profile
- Degree with a professional certificate in finance and accounting (EFZ, HF) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as ideally leadership experience
- Knowledge of outpatient healthcare is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, networked thinking and acting
- High service orientation, personal responsibility, and strong social skills
