Nursing Expert

Your tasks
- Quality management in close cooperation with the nursing experts
and the QM team - Steering the further development of the nursing process and nursing quality
- Supporting the nursing teams in specialist questions and complex care situations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist areas
- Development of concepts and instructions
Your "backpack"
- You have a degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH with corresponding additional training (Bachelor or Master in Nursing Science)
- Extensive professional experience in geriatrics and long-term care
- Experience in project, quality, and process management
- Team player and open to new things
