To strengthen our team in the Fruits & Vegetables department, we are looking from 01.05.2026, for a fixed term until 31.01.2027, at the Morges site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Supermarket Employee, 40%.
Your responsibilities
- You conduct sales interviews and provide our customers with specific information about the departments.
- You independently ensure the restocking of products in the Fruits and Vegetables categories.
- You organize the sales area by setting seasonal priorities.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept.
- You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You preferably have completed basic training in retail trade in the field of food products and fruits/vegetables.
- You enjoy active contact with customers and local, seasonal food products.
- You are in good physical condition and able to work under pressure.
- You can adapt to high customer traffic and keep calm and an overview in busy situations.
- You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
