Tasks
- Du betreust unsere Bewohnenden, besonders Menschen mit Demenz, einfühlsam.
- Du setzt pflegerische Maßnahmen kompetent um und unterstützt im Alltag.
- Du übernimmst Tagesverantwortung und förderst die Teamarbeit.
Skills
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertig.
- Berufserfahrung in Langzeitpflege oder Gerontopsychiatrie ist ideal.
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig.

The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Do you want to help shape the everyday life of our residents – especially people with dementia – with heart and professional competence? Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents with dementia sensitively and appreciatively in their home.
- You competently implement nursing measures and support the residents in daily life activities.
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues in everyday nursing.
- You observe changes in health status, pass on relevant information and document carefully in the nursing process.
- You work in early and late shifts until 21:15 and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care / gerontopsychiatry and enjoy working with elderly people.
- You have experience in the application of RAI LTCF.
- You are a team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- You are confident in using IT systems and have good oral and written German skills.
