Project Manager for Nationwide Customers (80 - 100%)

Your Tasks

• You acquire new customers throughout Switzerland and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.
• Support and targeted expansion of nationwide major customers in collaboration with our group companies.
• The leadership and further development of internal specialist groups in the field of electrical and energy is your responsibility.
• You prepare offers, coordinate their creation and accompany the process until awarding.
• You independently manage projects from planning to invoicing.
• You organise and coordinate service and maintenance work for national customers independently.
• You create technical concepts and smaller plans with high professional competence.
• You maintain your network with associations, institutions and market partners and continuously expand it.
• You are present at specialist events, make valuable contacts and support knowledge exchange within the Burkhalter Group.
• You support our group companies with technical questions and advise them competently.

Your Profile

• Training as an electrical project manager or a comparable higher education.
• Experience in acquisition as well as enjoyment in building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a focus on sustainable results.
• High personal responsibility, independence and strong initiative.
• Leadership experience or willingness to take over and further develop internal specialist groups.
• Structured, practical and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confident handling of common IT and software solutions.
• Team-oriented personality with high social competence and a convincing appearance.
• French or Italian language skills are an advantage.
