We are looking for immediately or by arrangement:
Member of the Executive Board - Head of Central Services 80%
Your main tasks include
As a member of the executive board, you are responsible for the management and further development of central services, HR, IT, and finance. You contribute to ensuring that our organization is managed efficiently, securely, and economically.
- Strategic and operational management of the areas of Central Services, IT, and Finance
- Responsibility for budget planning, controlling, and financial reporting
- Ensuring IT infrastructure, digitization, and data protection in the organization
- Coordination and optimization of administrative workflows and processes
- Leadership and development of employees in central services
- Active participation in shaping and implementing the corporate strategy
- Collaboration with internal and external partners as well as authorities
- Supporting the executive board in decision-making processes with well-founded analyses and reports
You bring with you
- Completed studies in business administration or comparable education
- Leadership experience, ideally in a health or social organization
- Sound knowledge in financial management, controlling, and IT systems
- Experience in digitizing business processes and IT security
- Strong leadership and social skills
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
