Certified Nurse
50% permanent contract
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the current care philosophy
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming for continuous improvement of your interventions
- participate in the development of the service
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
- proficiency in French and German (minimum B2)
- proficiency with computer tools
- dynamic and constructive mindset
- relational skills and communication sense
- flexibility, autonomy, stress resistance
- previous experience in an emergency service or a permanent service is an asset

- You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both at the team and hospital level.
- You assess your performance and adjust it in the sense of continuous quality improvement.
- You contribute to the further development of the department.
Profile
- Certified nurse HF or FH or equivalent training
- German and French (min. level B2)
- Good knowledge of common IT programs
- Dynamic, constructive attitude
- Social skills and communication ability
- Independence, flexibility, resilience
- Experience in an emergency department or a permanent service is an advantage
