For our customer service, we are looking for a

Field Service Technician (French-speaking Switzerland)

(Sanitary Installer)

Your main tasks are:

• Interventions as a field service technician, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland
• Repairs and maintenance of the entire product range
• Installation or overhaul of the entire product range

In addition, you occasionally support colleagues in our Carouge shop with the following tasks:

• Technical support and advice to our customers in the shop and showroom
• Technical support and advice by phone and email on our product range
• Creation of delivery notes using SAP
• Orders and stock management using SAP
• On-site repairs of our tapware products
• Customer service support by preparing materials for orders
• Help and support to our customer service by providing technical advice by phone

You hold a qualification as a sanitary installer and have several years of professional experience in technical customer service or a similar role. You are proficient in computer use (report preparation and CRM systems, basic knowledge of SAP would be an advantage). You enjoy working with electronic and networked products in the sanitary field and feel comfortable in a constantly evolving sector. You have a good command of the French language and can communicate well orally. You enjoy customer contact, have a team spirit and work in an absolutely reliable manner.
