You are responsible for the planning and coordination of our events – from the first inquiry to successful execution. In our lively and modern operation, exciting and varied events await you that make every day unique.
These are your tasks
- Planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of various events with up to 1200 people (celebratory occasions and cultural events such as concerts and dinner shows, banquets in private or business sectors, seminars, meetings, etc.)
- Optimal sales and marketing of event spaces as well as additional services
- Contact person for organizers and ensuring smooth processes through operational presence during events
- Active participation and realization of cultural events as well as taking over evening management
- Managing the telephone switchboard, handling inquiries, and maintaining the guest database
- Representing the Event Planning management in their absence, including leading employees
- Ensuring the flow of information and close cooperation with other departments and external parties
This characterizes you
- Experience in event organization and execution, ideally in a cultural or event operation
- Basic training in gastronomy/tourism or commercial field and/or further education in the event sector
- Strong service orientation, high organizational skills, and precise working style
- High initiative, forward-thinking, and flexibility
- Confident handling of common IT tools and MS Office
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of English and French
