Your tasks
- Design, development and further development of web applications
- Implementation of modern, responsive user interfaces (UI/UX)
- Ensuring accessibility requirements according to WCAG standards
- Integration of REST APIs (backend services)
- Ensuring code quality, performance and maintainability
- Application of best practices (clean code, design patterns, testing)
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance
- Automation of tests (unit, integration and E2E tests)
Your profile
Expertise:
- Very good knowledge in frontend development
- Experience in developing modern web applications and APIs (REST)
- Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code and best practices
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Ability to familiarise yourself with existing systems and further develop them in a maintainable way
- Understanding of operation, maintenance and support of applications (analysis, bug fixing, monitoring)
- Experience in agile working methods, ideally with Kanban
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment
Advantages (nice-to-have):
- Experience with Kubernetes / containerised applications
- Knowledge of cloud environments (especially Azure)
- Experience in the university or administrative environment
- Knowledge in the area of accessibility for software systems
- Experience with test automation (unit / E2E tests, e.g. Selenium)
- Practical experience with SAFe or scaled agile frameworks
