Your new role
Help shape the future of our children!
At 15 locations, we care for over 2400 school children from municipal primary schools and kindergartens. In the Schönenwegen day care, you will find a lively, multicultural environment where you can make a real difference.
In your new role, you actively shape the future of our children and take primary responsibility for a dynamic group of children aged 4 to 13 years. You influence their daily life as well as leisure activities and create a supportive, inspiring environment. In close collaboration with your team and in regular exchange with parents, you ensure the best possible educational support in accordance with our framework concept and quality guidelines. In addition, you are involved in nurturing young talent by competently guiding students of social work and childhood education and supporting them on their professional path. Your working style is reflective and conceptually oriented, and you bring organisational skills as well as administrative abilities and good PC knowledge.

- have a tertiary qualification (HF/FH) in social work or childhood education.
- have experience working with children and their diverse life worlds.
- convince through reliability, resilience, and a benevolent, solution-oriented attitude.
- enjoy working in a team and count reflective and conceptual work among your skills.
- meet the necessary requirements for practical training of apprentices and students.
- have a flair for administrative tasks.
