Training center recognized in specialty: Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Category: B (2 years) further recognitions (specialist title / focus): none 1.3. Special features of the training center, e.g. center function, basic care, etc.: Tox Info Suisse is the only poison information center in Switzerland that advises professionals and laypeople on all toxicological questions, especially in cases of acute and chronic poisoning and suspected poisoning, by telephone. All consultations are electronically documented, medical reports are created, and medical follow-up feedback is evaluated. For quality assurance as well as scientific questions, toxicological specialist texts are created for medical personnel and laypeople and case evaluations are carried out. Telephone emergency advice is offered around the clock 365 days a year and is organized in shifts. The other activities take place during office hours. 1.4. Inpatient patients*: Number of hospitalizations per year/per specialty): not applicable. Outpatient patients: Number of consultations per year/per specialty): not applicable. Telephone consultations: around 40s): Mini-CEX / DOPS Frequency / timing: conducted four times a year for each assistant. 5.2 Entry interview / progress interview Frequency / timing: entry interview at the start, structured progress interviews at the end of the induction period and as needed, at least once a year. 5.3 Annual evaluation interview according to logbook or SIWF certificate Frequency / timing: annually. 5.4 Others Frequency / timing: direct feedback and structured teaching during induction, during the twice daily internal case discussions and individually as needed. 6.
