At the Institute of Intellectual Property, we are looking for a committed individual with drive, creativity and strategic foresight to build up our corporate development, specifically our project portfolio management. Corporate Developer (m/f/d)

What to expect with us

• You will support the management in the holistic further development of the strategy and ensure that all strategic instruments are coherently aligned and effective
• You will ensure regular reporting to the Directorate, including transparent information on target and KPI achievement (especially regarding strategy and projects)
• You will accompany development projects in close coordination with the HR-based function of personnel and organisational development
• You will establish project portfolio management including suitable instruments and ensure that the IPI’s projects are organised into operational and strategic projects, aligned with the objectives and resources optimally deployed
• You will ensure the development of uniform process landscapes in portfolio management

What makes you successful

• You hold a master’s degree (for example in business administration, economics, project management) or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in project, process or portfolio management, including the associated instruments and ideally in the public sector
• Your strengths include the ability for strategic and networked thinking as well as an analytical working style
• A confident communication style, moderation skills and a presence appropriate to the role are natural to you
• Your first language is German or French and you have very good knowledge of the other language
