To strengthen our team in the take-out area, we are looking for a* motivated* and committed* person as an Assistant Cook, 50%. immediate, for an indeterminate duration, at the Vevey location.
Your responsibilities
- You are an integral part of our kitchen team and work with fresh products, which we prefer to buy from regional suppliers.
- You take care of and serve our demanding clientele in the front-cooking area.
- You ensure at all times the preparation of products, their freshness, and their quality.
- You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
- You ensure that the space assigned to you is well organized, clean, and complete.
- You systematically adhere to the prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You preferably have completed a basic training as a cook or a system restaurateur.
- You already have significant professional experience in a similar activity.
- You are able to adapt to a high volume of clientele and maintain your calm and overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your sales intuition, your particular sensitivity to our customers, and your positive energy.
- You place great importance on an independent, clean, and motivated working style.
- You use available resources carefully and sustainably.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
