About the job

What you can achieve

You take on the personnel and professional leadership of the two teams Control Room and Secondary Manufacturing.
You plan and coordinate orders, resources and priorities, thereby ensuring operational daily management and compliance with agreed service levels.
Process quality as well as compliance with SOPs, GDP and GMP requirements are your responsibility.
You monitor and analyse relevant key figures, participate in projects and continuously optimise workflows and work processes.
You are responsible for the role of SAP Key User and support SAP and IT topics.
You support the further development of digital working methods as well as automation and AI solutions in the Operations Centre.

What you bring with you

You have completed training in logistics, supply chain or industry and have several years of experience in a leadership role.
You have experience in the operational management of processes and resources.
Good SAP knowledge and a high IT affinity characterise you.
Knowledge in the GDP and/or GMP environment is an advantage.
A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working is natural for you.
You convince with assertiveness, flexibility and strong communication skills.
You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.
