Function

Tasks

• Development and management of the product strategy for leasing and financing solutions within the international corporate environment
• Analysis of market, customer and competitor developments for continuous optimisation of the product portfolio
• Overall responsibility for economic performance, positioning and further development of leasing products
• Planning, coordination and implementation of product launches in close coordination with internal departments and sales partners
• Close collaboration with various stakeholders along the entire value chain including sales, IT, legal and finance as well as the dealer network
• Preparation of decision-making bases, reports and product documents as well as participation in digital developments and process optimisations

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training with further business management qualification or a degree in business, finance or marketing
• Several years of experience in the financial services environment, ideally related to leasing, automotive financing or product management
• Confident handling of data analysis, digital tools as well as very good knowledge of MS Excel and IT systems
• Familiarity with project work and experience in collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
• Very good language skills in German and English, good French skills advantageous, Italian a plus
• Analytical, structured and independent working style combined with strong communication skills, teamwork and high customer orientation
