Specialist Energy Data & Settlement - 1606
Ensure electricity in Switzerland
In this exciting interface role, you share responsibility for supporting the operational business and projects in the Swiss electricity market and the international environment. As a subject matter expert, you take on the following tasks, among others:
Support and optimisation of our customer portal for distribution network operators
Responsibility for and further development of the end-to-end processes of your assigned billing products
Ensuring ongoing exchange with our market partners in the area of energy data management and billing
Identification and implementation of optimisations and automatisations of billing processes
Analysis of energy data and ensuring high data quality
Taking on operational activities in our billing system
Participation in internal and external projects and contributing your professional expertise
Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners
Coordination with upstream and downstream process owners

Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or business
Interest in the energy industry and motivation to build solid knowledge in energy data management and billing
High IT and process affinity as well as good knowledge of common office applications; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
Strong service and quality orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
Very good German skills; English skills and other national languages are a plus
