Dial Fitting Operator M/F

Your tasks:

• Fit and assemble dials onto watch movements according to established procedures
• Position dials with precision and care
• Carry out fixing and assembly operations of components
• Visually inspect the condition and conformity of dials
• Identify and report any anomalies or aesthetic defects
• Adhere to operational sequences and watchmaking quality standards
• Perform necessary checks before passing parts to the next stage
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation

Profile sought:

• Experience in watchmaking, assembly or precision production appreciated
• Excellent manual dexterity and great meticulousness
• Very good visual acuity and attention to detail
• Patience and ability to perform precise and repetitive work
• Rigor and strict adherence to procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in French essential
• Previous experience in the watchmaking sector is an advantage
