Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 staff with diverse professional profiles. JuWe is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For JuWe employees, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.
The Pfäffikon Prison (GFP) operates, in addition to classic pre-trial detention, a security department for all types of detention. The security department houses detainees from all over Switzerland who require special personnel care and structural measures due to mental illness, an increased flight risk, or high potential for violence. The GFP is currently undergoing renovation, and reopening is planned for mid-2026.
Become part of a team that not only closes doors but also opens new paths. We are looking for a committed, empathetic, and goal-oriented personality who will drive the establishment and further development of the team at Pfäffikon Prison with their expertise.
You will temporarily work at Zurich Prison until the GFP reopens, where most of the Pfäffikon team is employed during the renovation.

- Active participation in the further development of UGZ as a member of GFP management
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, (specialized) Matura, specialized middle school certificate, or equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training towards Junior Business Analyst
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant field and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes

- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of another language
- High IT affinity and very good user skills
- Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality who keeps a cool head even in demanding situations
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal or debt register)
