As a property manager, you are not only a coordinator but also a visible leadership figure on site. Together with your team of caretakers, cleaning staff, and reception employees, you ensure that our customers can rely on smooth operations, clean processes, and consistent support.
You know your properties, your employees, and your customers – and that makes the difference. In close cooperation with the Facility Services Manager, you further develop processes and ensure quality. A varied task for people who appreciate closeness to operations, take leadership seriously, and enjoy shaping.
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative delivery of agreed services
- Receiving, coordinating, and processing customer concerns
- Professional and personnel management of a 35-member team including deployment planning, time control, and employee discussions
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Obtaining quotes as well as commissioning and monitoring internal and external service providers
- Reporting and invoicing of additional services
- Initiating orders as well as checking and processing invoices
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of caretaking or cleaning
- Several years of experience in leading decentralized teams
- Good PC skills and enjoyment in working with internal systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C-Level)
- Strong customer orientation and high quality standards
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Driver's license category B
