After comprehensive and exciting technical training, you will take responsibility for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of our state-of-the-art machines and work closely with customers, partners, and colleagues worldwide.
Tasks:
- Planning and execution of worldwide service deployments at customer sites
- Leading installations, repairs, and maintenance work on the most modern machines on site
- Quick and efficient support via phone and video call
- Participation in internal tests, prototype production, and international field trials of the latest machine generations
- Sharing your know-how through training for customers and team members
- Passing on insights and ideas from practical experience to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
- Technical training as a mechanic, automation technician, or mechatronics technician (or an equivalent qualification)
- Solid knowledge in mechanics and electronics, ideally also in control or drive technology
- Customer-oriented, independent working style combined with strong team spirit and communication skills
- Professional experience as a service technician or in technical product support – experience with textile machines is a big plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (30–50 %) and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
