In this responsible role, you will take on the professional and personnel leadership of a three-member team and ensure professional support of staff throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You actively contribute to the daily HR tasks, conduct recruitment interviews with empathy and professionalism, and optimise existing processes. As a competent contact person, you advise employees and supervisors on labour law and personnel-related issues and ensure structured HR administration.

You actively participate in interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the further development of our organisation. You impress with sound HR expertise, a quick grasp of matters, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style.
