- Deputy for the principal agent
- Support in managing the private and corporate client portfolio of the principal agent
- Independent management of your own portfolio
- Active participation in achieving sales targets
- Advising and supporting clients, mainly by telephone or at the customer reception
- Supporting insurance advisors in arranging client appointments and administrative matters
- Preparation and follow-up of client appointments (sales support)
- Leadership and training of the internal sales team
- Preparation of quotes and applications
- General correspondence

Your Skills and Talents
- Commercial training in the insurance sector or many years of experience in insurance is essential
- Passed intermediary examination (VBV)
- Willingness to undertake regular further training
- Enjoyment in expanding existing customer relationships
- Reliable, resilient personality combined with an efficient working style
- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Confident appearance with enjoyment in dealing with people
- Positive and engaging manner, sales flair
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
