What you can achieve
- Administrative handling of procurement and financial processes and service billing
- Creating general correspondence, presentations as well as organising meetings and events
- Account assignment of creditor invoices in substitution and according to order
- Creating debtor invoices
- Receiving, triaging and forwarding fault reports
- Supporting material and service ordering via SAP including cost control as well as the order management system (CAFM)
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training
- Good technical understanding and ideally knowledge of facility management
- Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Flexibility, resilience as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good MS Office skills and good SAP knowledge
- Very good German skills, any additional language is an advantage
