THE POSITION

You are in daily contact with our sales, procurement, and logistics team. You are also in active exchange with our colleagues in the tank storage and refinery, as well as with our customers and suppliers. You ensure that the contract processing from sales and purchasing to delivery and invoicing is carried out correctly. You are the first point of contact for various internal departments regarding contract entry and support the sales and procurement team in administrative matters. This way, you are optimally networked. With your expertise from daily work, you ensure that all interfaces function optimally. Additionally, you directly contribute to process optimization and help the team to improve every day. In this position, you can expect an interesting and extensive range of tasks.

YOUR MAIN

TASKS

• You work in a team that is in active exchange with various departments such as sales, supply & trading, logistics, indirect tax, refinery, and tank storage and is the point of contact for administrative matters related to order processing

• You are in contact with our customers and suppliers

• You manage the monthly nominations from order entry through delivery to month-end closing and invoicing

• You maintain and manage various price and quantity databases

• You create various analyses and prepare reports

  
  

  YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed a commercial training and have already gained at least 5 years of experience

  • You love contact with both internal and external parties, work reliably and accurately.

  • You have a quick grasp, are customer-oriented, flexible, and resilient

  • You have good knowledge of IT applications (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.)

  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile, French skills are an advantage.
