ICT Technician

Tasks

Planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance of telephone networks and telephone systems (Digital, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM)) in logistics, administration and sales outlets as well as networks (WLAN and LAN) in sales outlets
Installation, commissioning, quality and deadline monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure in construction projects (new buildings, modernisations)
First and second level support in the entire IT infrastructure area, prioritising telephony, network and hardware installations in sales outlets (including mobile devices Android and iOS)
Active participation in construction coordination meetings and subsequent independent planning and ordering of the required hardware (network components, LAN, WLAN, tills, scales, EFT etc.)
Recording, analysing, prioritising and updating IT fault reports

Completed training as a telematics technician or electrician with further training as a telematics technician
Experience with mobile devices (Android/iOS) and good MS Office skills
Good oral and written German skills, French skills an advantage
Willingness to work at off-peak times (from 6:00 am or until 10:00 pm)
Driving licence category B
