The position is initially limited to eight months, with good chances of later permanent employment. If you want to help shape the future of internal communication with us, we look forward to getting to know you. Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for internal sales communication for all language regions
- You lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects for the point of sale including planning, implementation, and coordination
- You design and create effective presentations for leadership formats and strategy meetings
- You design, maintain, and develop the internal communication app for sales employees
- You analyze and prepare relevant key figures as a solid basis for decision-making
- You have completed commercial or retail-related training and/or have a university of applied sciences degree
- You can effectively use various MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a retail company, preferably in a project environment
- Your German is stylistically secure in spoken and written form; additional knowledge of other national languages is a big plus
- You work structured, independently, and goal-oriented and have a flair for precise formulations as well as creative presentation design
- You are hands-on, enjoy working in a team, and convince with clear communication and a confident appearance with strong argumentation skills
