Sara Bucher

Sara has been employed as an Executive Assistant at Qualitas since March 2022. She is practically our good fairy, as she not only supports the management administratively but also organises team events and employee gifts.

Sara loves professional variety, which is also reflected in her CV: everything from public administration to the construction industry to consulting firms is represented. She has worked in secretarial roles, processing tasks, and as an assistant, and has also partly trained apprentices. She has benefited greatly from this colourful mix of professional stations and now carries a rucksack full of know-how.

At Qualitas, Sara appreciates exactly that: the versatile and varied tasks in the most diverse areas. But also the appreciation shown to employees, the trust placed in her, and the great flexibility regarding workload and working hours. All this makes Qualitas a perfect employer for her.

“I always really enjoy coming to work,” says Sara, because working at Qualitas is a valuable balance to her family life. Her two little boys certainly keep her on her toes. To clear her head, she enjoys dancing. Once a week in a Zumba class or sometimes just at home in the living room. She loves hiking, reading a good book, or doing something with friends and family.
