Your tasks in detail
- Recording and processing tenant concerns of all kinds
- Managing terminations and rental contracts and creating amendments
- Independent apartment handover and return
- Proposing and implementing our rental activities
- Organizing and conducting apartment viewings with interested parties
- Participating in the preparation of operating cost statements
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in the real estate sector or property management is an advantage
- Confident German, foreign language skills are a plus
- You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes you quickly
- You respond calmly and composedly even in challenging situations
