Apprenticeship start August 2027

As a digital business developer, you structure and develop digital business models and analyse data. At BKW, you benefit from comprehensive, practical training and become a sought-after specialist.

Your tasks

• You structure and develop digital business models and analyse data.
• You help to optimise work steps and IT products and make them fit for the future.
• You are in constant exchange with specialists and visualise as well as present the developed solution.
• You accompany projects and take over communication between the various stakeholders.
• As an apprentice, you start your training with a varied basic year at the Vocational Training Centre Bern (Bbc). Afterwards, you expand and deepen your skills in the company.
• Thanks to various internships, you receive practical, comprehensive training in the areas of IT, HR and commerce.
• You benefit from the expertise of our trainers.
• After individual agreement with the apprentices, we support the acquisition of the vocational baccalaureate.

What you bring with you

• You are in the 9th grade (secondary level) or in the 10th school year.
• You find complex tasks exciting and are fascinated by the possibilities that computer science offers you.
• Contact with internal customers and working in a team is important to you and you enjoy it.
• You like working independently and taking responsibility for tasks.

An aptitude test (e.g. Multicheck® Business and Administration) is desirable.

From August 2026, we will start our selection process. We will get back to you from this time.
