In our Institute for Anaesthesia & Intensive Care Medicine, we care for patients who are operated on at Limmattal Hospital, are seriously ill, have suffered an accident, or require intensive medical care.
In our nine operating theatres, nearly 8000 procedures are performed annually in the specialist areas of visceral surgery, bariatrics, vascular surgery, traumatology, orthopaedics, hand surgery, urology including Da Vinci
gynaecology, ENT and paediatric orthopaedics as well as plastic-reconstructive surgery.
Here you will be involved
- in the postoperative monitoring of patients' vital functions
- in the early recognition of emergency situations and initiating the appropriate measures
- in pain management and treatment care according to prescription
- in assisting with anaesthesiological interventions, e.g. plexus anaesthesia, central venous catheter, electrical cardioversion
You
- have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist FH/HF or an equivalent qualification (SRK-recognised diploma)
- also have completed IMC training or are willing to undertake it
- have professional experience in an acute hospital
- are willing to work shifts
- enjoy independence and resilience in the workplace
- possess high social and self-competence
