About the job
Hospitality F&B Coordinator (a) 60%- Ensure the quality of hospitality and catering services for our client
- Strictly apply internal procedures (SOP) and hygiene standards
- Identify areas for improvement and propose optimisations
- Support catering teams and coordinate catering-related projects
- Write and update procedure guides and training documents
- Manage data, prepare reports and follow up on various internal requests
- Assist internal contacts with their daily needs
- Mandatory training and experience in F&B, minimum 4 years in excellence environments
- Hospitality school diploma is a plus
- Advanced French (C2 level)
- Advanced English (C1 level)
- Mastery of food hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Proven experience in a similar role (hotel industry, collective catering or hospitality)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of catering operations and service standards
- Experience in administrative assistance is a plus
- Excellent presentation
- Creativity, collaborative spirit and service orientation
- Flexibility, sense of priorities and ability to manage varied responsibilities
- Organisational skills, autonomy and great rigour
