- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic university environment
- Proactive, communicative, and independent personality, able to navigate in an interprofessional environment and inspire others for the further development of nursing
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as consulting and leadership skills
- High social competence and service orientation
