Our catchment area includes 16 municipalities with around 49,000 inhabitants. Annually, we care for and support around 1,100 clients.
We are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a
Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ Psychiatry (50-60%; Monday-Friday)
Your task
You accompany people with psychiatric illnesses and in challenging psychosocial life situations in their familiar environment. Together with the clients, you promote existing resources, strengthen independence and support them in organising their daily lives as autonomously as possible.
Your tasks include in particular:
- Care and support of people with psychiatric illnesses
- Support in practising coping strategies
- Accompaniment in the areas of daily structure, living, household management and administrative tasks
- Implementation of measures agreed together with the case-leading nursing professionals
- Careful nursing documentation
- Close cooperation with internal and external specialists to ensure high quality care
Your profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in psychiatry
- High social and professional competence
- Enjoyment of independent work and varied situations
- Empathy, strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Category B driving licence with own car
