Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for medical competence delegation
- Definition of medical standards for urgency classification as well as first aid instructions
- Support of the management of the emergency medical dispatch centre 144 in operational operations
- Co-responsible for the training and further development of employees
- Representation of professional-medical interests internally as well as towards external partners
- Co-responsible for quality assurance and development
Your Profile
- Swiss medical diploma or equivalent qualification with MEBEKO recognition
- Specialist recognition (anaesthesiology, internal medicine or surgery)
- Additional qualification in preclinical emergency medicine (SNGOR or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in the Swiss health and rescue system
- Team-oriented personality with high cooperation skills
- Good IT skills
