tasks

• you will take on the independent management of the assigned real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• in doing so, you will be in close contact with owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• you will also be responsible for the handover and acceptance of rental properties
• the organisation of repair and renovation orders rounds off your demanding and varied range of tasks
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have several years of professional experience in property management (m/f/d)
• in addition, you have completed further training as a property manager with a federal professional certificate or are on the way to doing so
• you also have confident German language skills and enjoy contact with people
• do you consider yourself independent, well organised and customer-oriented?
