About the job
Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):
3 52,756.-- / 81,560.--
Tasks:
- collaborates with the caretaker currently employed at the CPS headquarters in Giubiasco
- organises and manages the print shop
- assists in managing the photocopiers for teachers and students
- is responsible for the order and cleanliness of all school spaces
- manages the paper storage
- collaborates with the secretariat in receiving incoming goods
- collects and delivers mail and distributes newspapers
- opens and closes the building doors
- personally handles maintenance work within their competence necessary for the building
- oversees work carried out by external companies
- acts as contact and supervisor for the building cleaning staff
- reports any breakages of electronic equipment to the management
- manages the distribution and archiving of keys for lockers for students and teachers
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (FCC), preferably as an electrician installer, sanitary and heating systems installer, building and infrastructure operator, or alternatively as a carpenter or gardener
- good interpersonal skills
- driving licence
- flexibility regarding working hours
Special remarks:
- if necessary, the activity may be carried out at the sub-Ceneri site in Canobbio

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment rate), flexible or according to service needs
