What you will do with us:
As an Event Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and controlling of events in the "Sports" area. You are a permanent member of the organizing committee of the FIS Freeski
& Snowboard World Cups as well as the Freestyle Swiss Championships. You coordinate the meetings, keep an overview in the head office, and ensure that all threads come together. In doing so, you act as a central contact person across departments - whether for internal teams or external partners.
Additionally, you will also take on the organization and coordination of training in the areas of Alpine Skiing and
Freestyle - so you ensure not only the smooth running of the events but also that the
athletes are optimally prepared.
What you bring:
Snow sports and the mountains are very familiar to you. You have experience in the event sector and ideally bring a corresponding qualification - for example, a CAS in Event Management or a comparable qualification. Even in demanding situations, you keep a cool
head, maintain an overview, and act proactively and solution-oriented. Important: Willingness to work on weekends and a driver's license of category B are required.
Very good German and English skills are necessary - knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
Our deal for you
You can expect a varied and responsible field of tasks in an engaged, interdisciplinary team. In addition to an annual pass for the Upper Engadin mountain railways and free
meals during working hours, you benefit from attractive fringe benefits. Depending on the season, you also have the opportunity to work temporarily from home or remotely.
