Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH from 40% workload
Start date from January 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
In this versatile and responsible role, you ensure holistic, needs-based care for our clients. With empathy and professional competence, you accompany and advise both clients and their relatives in everyday life, thus making a significant contribution to high care and service quality.
In addition to direct involvement in care, you have the opportunity to take on the
role of case responsibility within the primary nursing system. As a central contact person, you coordinate the
care and align therapeutic measures together with the treatment team.
You bring with you
You are a committed and motivated individual with:
Experience in outpatient care, ideally in the Spitex sector
Flexibility and initiative, high sense of responsibility and organizational skills, communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork, a valid driving license and your own car
