For our client - an established metalworking company in the canton of Lucerne - we are continuously seeking motivated assistant metalworkers / metalwork helpers / façade installers for long-term temporary assignments with the prospect of permanent employment.

Deployment region:
Canton of Lucerne, Central Switzerland, and neighbouring cantons

Assistant Metalworker / Façade Installer (m/f/d) - Lucerne | Metalwork Assembly | Also for Career Changers & Students

  • Assembly of façade constructions made of metal (steel / aluminium)
  • Support with metalwork assemblies on construction sites
  • Working on scaffolding, lifts, and at heights
  • General construction site work in metal and façade construction
  • Deployment Monday to Friday (full-time)
  • Long-term assignments possible if suitable



    • We expect:
  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Good physical fitness and resilience
  • Ability to work at heights (scaffolding / façade assembly)
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Motivation, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday
  • Residence in the Lucerne region
  • Good knowledge of German
